Five hundred years ago a cosmic error bound the true Great Sage Sun Wukong while the Six-Eared Macaque took his place in heaven. Now, with Patriarch Bodhi's aid, Wukong returns as Void. He reclaims the Golden Cudgel and unmasks the imposter, but exposure only fans a fiercer blaze. Deceived deities and a threatened throne rally against him.
