Synopsis

Kyle Cooke believed his five-year marriage to Sara Wood proved their love. A trip to city hall to replace a stained certificate shatters him: official records list him as unmarried while Sara is registered to another man, Noe Gibson. The revelation forces open a memory he tried to bury—catching Sara in an intimate moment with Noe. She begged for forgiveness, called it finding a stand-in and even threatened suicide, insisting he must never know. Betrayal and humiliation corrode Kyle’s trust. With his heart broken and his legal identity invalidated, he cancels his household registration, changes his name, and disappears, leaving the marriage erased and questions that haunt what was once real.

The script treats names like fragile vows. Kyle's erasure reads as mournful poetry.
