Synopsis

Ten years after Yancy Stuart vanished in a hiking accident, her brother Jeffery finally finds her, but she has no memory of him. He rescues her from an abusive boyfriend and convinces her to try reconnection despite the blank past. Haunted by guilt for failing to protect her, Jeffery rebuilds Yancy's life while struggling to earn trust; each small breakthrough reveals how fragile their bond is. Their closeness deepens until a shocking truth emerges: they are not biologically related. That revelation frees Jeffery to admit a forbidden love. Against adversaries, invasive media attention, and their own emotional scars, they fight for a life together. The final act tests whether love can truly heal and form a new, steadfast family.
