Xenia returns unexpectedly to confront Yunus about neglecting their daughter, Tina, who has been left to go home alone. Meanwhile, their other child, Sarah, is coughing up blood, prompting Zack to insist on a medical checkup. Yunus threatens that if Xenia misses Tina’s upcoming birthday gathering, she will lose all contact with her daughter forever, leaving her with a final urgent choice.
