A man's employee warns him that a picture is fake, bought by gold-diggers to trap him. In a separate scene, a young girl talks to her comatose mother, expressing sadness that the man she calls 'Daddy' called her a liar and asking if he hates them. She vows to save her mother herself and earn the money needed for her treatment. The girl celebrates her upcoming seventh birthday alone, wishing she could earn enough to heal her mom.
