[ENG DUB] Beneath the Mask, She Rules - Épisode 7

On the day of her engagement to Jacob Hardy, a woman from a lower social class faces harsh humiliation when Jacob's mother demands she kneel and serve a drink publicly as a gesture of respect. Despite understanding the tradition, the woman protests, citing the modern era, but under pressure from Jacob's family and their elite status, she reluctantly complies to honor her aging mother and secure her future. The tension escalates as the Hardy matriarch asserts dominance, reminding her of her low status, while the woman internally struggles with the compromise. The episode ends with the woman forced to kneel, underscoring the cost of entering this powerful family.
