[ENG DUB] The General's Battle at Home - Épisode 2

Mr. Smith visits Clara Reeds, the daughter of the Reeds family, and tries to win her favor by complimenting her beauty and presenting a valuable bracelet named 'Beyond Worlds' as a gift. Clara refuses, explaining that her marriage must wait until her brother returns and that she has no current intentions to wed. Despite Mr. Smith’s attempt to persuade her mother to encourage Clara’s acceptance, both women politely decline his proposal. Mr. Smith leaves gracefully, acknowledging that love cannot be forced, while Clara’s family remains firm on postponing any marriage discussions.
