His employees recognize his loyalty and decide to contribute toward her medical bills. Meanwhile, Mr. Smith humbles himself to request a loan, only to face mockery from a creditor. Flashbacks reveal Mr. Smith secretly helping his former classmate Lewis Diggory, who is bankrupt and desperate for funds. Mr. Smith arranges an anonymous transfer to aid Lewis.
