In a public confrontation, Chloé publicly accuses the recently returned Sera Vane of being mentally unstable and dangerous, trying to discredit her. Sera, however, turns the tables by confronting Chloé with evidence of financial mismanagement and potential fraud in her business dealings. She accuses Chloé of stealing her designs and her life. Sera reveals her possession of damaging internal documents and forms a tense, purely transactional alliance with a man, Julian, who knows where the powerful hide their secrets.
