A wolf demon demands a cave from its occupant, a fire-type beast, and offers spirit herbs in exchange. When refused, the wolf shifts the demand to the smaller fox the beast is protecting, citing the wolf's violent history with female beasts. The fire beast refuses again, leading to a direct confrontation where the wolf mocks his opponent's inferior cultivation and elemental disadvantage. The fire beast, however, reveals a hidden technique, the Bonefire Transformation, claiming his fire is not so easily countered.
