Consort Dowager suddenly appears to confront Shane and demands to see Morgan. She warns she'll be noticed and has her attendants fetch the girl. Morgan, caught trying to run, is delivered and handed over with orders to "deal with her however you want." In front of the others, Morgan blurts, "We're married—so you can let it slide," attempting to deflect punishment. The person addressed as Your Grace reacts with disbelief: "Married? I don't remember marrying you." The episode ends with the marriage claim exposed and the man's denial leaving Morgan's fate and the truth of their union unresolved.
