In a city plagued by three brutal gangs, Jeffrey returns after five years of martial arts training, determined to eradicate the darkness controlling Houndvale. When Jeffrey's sister's involvement with the gangs leads to a deadly confrontation, he witnesses the brutal violence tearing families apart. Guided by an ally, he learns that the dying leader of the Rising Dragons gang provides a chance to infiltrate and seize control from within. After seriously considering the risks, Jeffrey accepts initiation into the gang, setting up his plan to exploit internal chaos to defeat the others. The episode ends as news spreads that the Rising Dragons' leader died in a gruesome attack, heightening the danger Jeffrey now faces.
