Mom searches for Stella after she doesn't answer and finds the five-year-old hiding under a blanket; they fear she snuck out and that Mom and Dad will be angry. Tension spikes when Stella is blamed for Jenny's sickness. Mom checks Jenny and discovers it's only a common cold, which prevents a harsher penalty but not a scolding.
