A woman arrives at a dinner party in Texas, carrying smoked brisket in her bag as a local custom. The host and other guests react with disgust, calling the food black and unsanitary. She defends her cooking, explaining it was smoked for 12 hours with pecan wood. Meanwhile, a boy named Benjamin, who reportedly has an eating disorder, is unable to eat. As the strong aroma of the brisket fills the room, Benjamin unexpectedly finds the smell incredible, shocking those around him.
