A report confirms Vivian Lawson and Sharon Sinclair are mother and daughter. Soon after, a woman accuses Sharon of baby swapping and brings the matter to an officer, calling her shameless. The officer demands a confession, warning that without one he will press child-trafficking charges and jail Mrs. Lawson. Under pressure Mrs. Lawson pleads, then unexpectedly says, 'I'll confess.' The scene cuts as someone begins to react, now leaving whether the confession is true and what charges will follow unresolved.
