Life Ticks, Power Rises - Episode 1

A man who rose through the underworld begs Master Kline for release, admitting he’s taken many lives and traded power for the warmth of family. The scene cuts to Trinity Village where villagers mourn Theo, blaming his betrothed Lucy after he was left drunk, froze and was struck by lightning; Tobias vows revenge. Theo then gasps awake, confused: "I transmigrated?" His supposed death becomes shock as his family rejoices. The episode ends with joy undercut by anger and Tobias’s threat to make Lucy pay, leaving the village tensions unresolved.
