Love Runs Deep Like Poison - Episode 2

Zack forces a man to humiliate himself by stripping and begging in order to save Liz, a critically ill child whose survival hangs in the balance. Zack angrily confronts Olivia, accusing her of killing his child and refusing to help save Liz, who is revealed to be Olivia’s daughter. Despite Olivia’s denial, Zack threatens to have the doctors abandon the child after surgery. At their engagement party, Zack's mood worsens when Olivia appears again and pleads for his trust. Meanwhile, doctors inform Olivia that her child is in critical condition and they are doing everything to save her, leaving the outcome uncertain.
