Eva, a woman at a car dealership, receives a call from a man named Frank who says he's bringing a friend to buy a car. She abruptly ends the call to get back to work, as her colleague informs her that the 'big shot' from Sovereign Group is arriving for an inspection. Moments later, Mr. Quinn, the VIP inspector, is welcomed at the dealership, and Eva learns he is the important person they were warned about.
