Kiara confronts Caden after quitting and joining Blue Technology. Caden accuses her of breaching a non-compete and demands she resign from Blue and return, warning he could sue and even involve her friend to force compliance. Kiara refuses, says she will never go back, and reveals she never signed a non-compete—she was hired as a regular employee under a standard contract—so his legal threat collapses. Caden says suppliers withdrew because of her departure. Told "you're on your own," Kiara leaves as Mr. Gale's frustrated call about failed tasks leaves the company crisis unresolved.
