Students are trapped in a Horror Classroom where a broadcast announces deadly rules: do not touch the doors or leave. The intimidating substitute teacher, Gabriel, enforces these rules and reveals Rule Two: they must pass a 'Death Exam Paper' within 15 minutes, with failure meaning on-the-spot execution. As panic sets in, a student receives a system task to hold Gabriel's hand and compliment his red eyes, promising to lower the exam's difficulty, but others are horrified by the risk of interacting with the powerful ghost.
