At the police station, Ms. Summers files a complaint accusing her husband Aaron of plotting to kill her and their unborn child after a traffic accident left her sterile. She recalls asking for a divorce while Aaron begged her to stay. Earlier she overheard Aaron and his brother admit he caused the crash to protect a secret mistress, Natalie, now pregnant.
