Sin Behind The Smile - Episode 4

A woman wakes up in the hospital, confused about being alive after supposedly dying. She realizes she was reborn and recalls being forced to donate blood to another woman, Selen, whose condition hasn't improved despite the transfusion. The decision to keep taking blood from her risks her own life, but she refuses to sacrifice herself again. Confronting Harley, who manipulated her into the dangerous donation, she vows revenge, saying, "This time, I want you to pay back in blood." The episode ends with her determined to fight back against those who betrayed her.
