Cornered by Mrs. Crowe, a woman pleads for her to stop. Mrs. Crowe challenges her to use her safe word, calling her 'little bird.' The woman, named Lilith, defiantly declares she will marry Mrs. Crowe's son, ending their arrangement. Just as Mrs. Crowe questions this, her son interrupts to call them for lunch. Later, Lilith tries to leave but finds the door locked. Mrs. Crowe's son arrives, and Lilith begs him to let her out. He unlocks the door with a cryptic 'Fine. Then go ahead,' leaving her escape uncertain.
