Leo is released from prison and immediately encounters an old master who helps heal his injury, revealing a new ally from his past. Meanwhile, Leo faces scorn and mistrust from those around him, especially from Litzy, who is pressured to infiltrate his life for hidden motives. In a tense reunion, Leo confesses the devastating losses his family suffered while he was imprisoned—his brother's death, his mother's suicide, and his sister's disappearance—all caused by the Joneses.
