Ellie rescues a bleeding woman, and Dr. Gray is rushed to take her for care. At the Elliot household, Mr. Elliott, Dad and Alicia press Ms. Elliott (Eliana) to accept help, scolding her for "dating a boy toy" and worrying about the family's reputation. They urge her to go with Dr. Gray and ask him to "take good care of her babies." Ms. Elliott resists, shouting, "Don't hurt my babies!" as staff move to separate the infants and force her away.
