The Dragon King in Rags - Episode 8

A man named Jason, injured and under threat from an antagonist, is protected by a woman named Sherry. Sherry confronts the antagonist and demands he kneel and apologize to Jason. When the antagonist defiantly refuses, an unseen force paralyzes his legs, forcing him to kneel against his will. Jason mockingly accepts the forced apology, but Sherry is not satisfied and orders that the antagonist's hand be broken.
