The Fortune Triplets: Reloading Love - Episódio 1

In a tense hospital meeting, Sophie's mother pressures her to donate bone marrow again to cure Harley's leukemia. Sophie resists after years of painful donations. Dr. Lane warns another extraction would endanger Sophie's life because repeated donations have weakened her. The mother insists saving Harley must come first, accuses Sophie of selfishness, and orders the procedure. Sophie recounts the pain and then halts the escalation by revealing, "Because I'm pregnant." The episode ends with the family forced into an impossible choice: risk Sophie's life and her rare triplets or forgo the transplant that might save Harley.
