The Game Terminator - Episode 3

On a street a man is harassing a little girl when a stranger steps in to pull him off. Bystanders hide and decide the harasser can buy them time as monster bait. The group taunts him, then a disturbing figure appears. The girl is asked, 'Am I pretty?' and someone identifies the figure aloud as a Slit-Mouthed Woman. That answer is declared wrong, and the mood flips from humiliation to immediate danger. The episode ends with the figure confronting the group: 'What? Don't recognize me?' leaving their next move unresolved.
