The General's Battle at Home - Episode 4

Clara is seized in public while her mother screams and pleads for her release. Bystanders consider reporting but shrink back, afraid of revenge from the attackers who taunt and threaten anyone who intervenes. The men who seized her deliver Clara to Mr. Smith; one says, 'we've brought the girl.' Inside his courtyard they pour imported wine and someone adds, 'Tonight, we'll have some fun.' As guards shout 'Dismount at once!' Clara remains under Smith's control and her mother's pleas go unanswered, leaving her immediate fate uncertain.
