Sherry is hemorrhaging while in labor and needs immediate medical help, but a man named Jack is preventing her from leaving. Another man, Mr. Zimmer, is taunting her, stating that only an unborn baby can make him pay with his life. Zimmer's associate urges him to back off until after he receives a new heart from a Dr. Scott the next day. As Sherry's pain intensifies and Jack threatens her, an unidentified person suddenly arrives at the scene.
