The One She Can't Quit - Episódio 5

At the hospital, a female fan thanks Dr. Bailey, whom she calls Simon, for saving her grandmother. He helps her change her phone wallpaper. Meanwhile, his ex-wife, an elegant woman at the restaurant, watches their interaction from afar, comparing him to her 'boring, serious, and cold' ex-husband. That ex-husband, Lambert, is pressured by his mother into a business dinner with heiress Madison Sterne to secure a deal. The ex-wife later sees Lambert leaving the restaurant with Madison and follows him, realizing Madison must have been his teacher in intimacy.
