The Rise of the Betrayed Wife - エピソード 5

Ruth endures harsh treatment from Chester and Winni as tensions erupt over their strained household dynamics. After being belittled for only knowing 'how to serve men,' Ruth faces further humiliation when forced to drink cold water, only to be accused of scalding herself. The situation intensifies when Ruth learns her child has acute leukemia and only the father is a compatible donor, placing urgent pressure on her fractured family. Despite her suffering, Ruth remains determined while Winni openly confronts her, accusing her of shamelessly groveling even after all the hardship. The episode ends with Ruth questioning why she is treated with such cruelty despite past kindness.
