The Spider at the Top of the World - Episode 2

Thrown into a dump and starving, a young girl’s spider companion fights for survival by evolving a venom attack to defeat a predator. However, the system warns the spider it can’t level up without a summoner bond, leaving it powerless and abandoned. Meanwhile, others ridicule the girl for not being able to summon even a low-rank beast. Suddenly, the spider detects a near-perfect soul match with the girl, and they bond despite past abandonment. Now partnered, the spider quickly levels up by devouring a mutant lizard, gaining new abilities, but conflict with others and doubts about their worth remain unresolved.
