Amila City erupts after Audrey is branded an outsider and executives demand Mike return to lead. A repentant man begs Madam (Mrs. Lucia) to forgive drunken remarks—he blames Amber and says his marriage attempt was nonsense. A mother then pleads for mercy for her only son, citing years of service. Madam refuses blanket pardon: mistakes must be punished.
