A vampire man confronts a woman, Evelyn, demanding she submit to him as his personal blood source and companion, claiming it is her last chance to survive. He orders his guards to seize her, threatening to forcibly terminate her pregnancy and have her whipped. She defiantly declares that someone named Vincent will avenge her. Another man intervenes, stating she is under the vampire king's protection and orders the guards to defend her on pain of death. The vampire man and his allies, shocked by this betrayal, denounce the king. As the principal arrives, the vampire man vows to eliminate Evelyn and her protector on his father's behalf, but the protector steps forward to shield her from any attack.
