Mr. Salmon suffers from a severe hereditary blood disease and urgently needs a kidney transplant to survive beyond a month. Jagger, engaged to Ramona since childhood, has located Ramona's approximate whereabouts and promises to find her before her 20th birthday, when the disease will activate in her as well. Meanwhile, Ramona, who recently donated blood to Mr. Salmon, fell into shock and risks death if she donates a kidney. Despite this, pressure grows to sacrifice her health to save Mr. Salmon. The episode ends with Jagger conflicted, torn between saving Mr. Salmon and the devastating cost to Ramona.
