Mr. Lester arrives at the company just as Haley is being fired for her aggressive behavior towards her superior, Linda Sharp. Linda is demoted and suspended instead, but Haley is forced to leave within minutes. Meanwhile, Molly suffers an injury and is rushed to the hospital where she needs a blood transfusion. Haley offers to donate but is refused because direct family members are not allowed to donate blood. A paternity test report is presented to Mr. Lester, who confronts Haley about whether Molly is his child. Haley denies it, deepening the conflict just as answers seem within reach.
