What the Fire Left Standing - Episode 8

Ella learns that her family has decided she must marry Caleb, a man rumored to be dangerous and cruel. Refusing this fate, she is urged to find and register a marriage with another man immediately to avoid the unwanted engagement. Though shocked by the sudden demand to find a husband on such short notice, Ella sees this as her only chance to escape Caleb. The episode ends with her racing against time, uncertain how or where she will find someone willing to marry her to stop Caleb’s proposal.
