Annabelle crashes a Sharp Group event to confront her husband Xavier after ten years together. She calls him despicable, demands a divorce and insists he leave with nothing. She produces evidence of his infidelity to Mr. Wilson, Horace Gordon's hard-to-reach legal counsel, surprising onlookers. Xavier's allies urge him not to sign a clean-break agreement and point to Rebecca as a financial fallback. Annabelle then declares she will sign a contract with the Sharp Group and walks out, leaving Xavier with one looming choice: accept the settlement or fight to keep everything.
