During a chaotic emergency, three-year-old Wendy collapses after falling from a balcony while people call her name. At the scene someone admits they couldn’t hold the child and was told, "You go down there first. Tell her I went to work." Wendy's mother rushes in and finds her unresponsive. She confronts an ex-wife, a woman named Sally, and Jones Sean, accusing them of causing Wendy’s death. Sally denies it. A witness says Wendy fell after hearing someone call her, shifting suspicion to Jones Sean. The episode ends with the mother's shouted, "You killed her, Jones Sean," unresolved.
