A Recipe for the Marquis' Heart - Episode 1

Street vendor Judy Floyd has sold her fresh pancakes for the day, while her friend Ruby struggles to sell her flatbreads. Ruby advises Judy, a beautiful widow, to remarry for protection, but Judy insists she and her daughter are fine alone. Judy later reveals she is a modern special ed teacher who woke up in this body six months ago and has survived by cooking. As they prepare to leave town, Judy comes across an injured man on the road. She approaches him, asks if he's okay, and offers him food.
