Alex returns urgently to Kim's camp after a zombie attack left many infected, including Kim, who was scratched by a poisonous zombie nail. With their limited antibiotics useless against the infection and Kim’s condition worsening, the survivors’ remaining gold inexplicably turns to stone. Desperate, the camp pleads with Alex to find medicine within two days before they all become zombies. Though Alex cannot acquire enough antibiotics quickly, he gathers basic pills as a temporary measure. Meanwhile, a scam involving fake gold stones adds further strain.
