As the Dragon Vein Dies - Episode 1

Twenty years ago, a man forged the Dragon-Phoenix Vowstone to seal sea demons and protect Thuria, sacrificing his own fate. Now, his betrothed has become Empress and orders him imprisoned as a pill-grinder while planning to shatter the Vowstone in the name of freedom. She believes breaking it will end dark magic and grant a new beginning, but her advisors warn that destroying the stone will release floods and unleash the sealed demons. The man insists he did not harm her, but the Empress is determined to refine him into a pill within seven days and break the stone, risking Thuria’s future.
