Ashes to Empress: Divorce, Deceit, Dominion - Épisode 1

At a lavish party celebrating John’s fifth birthday and the public launch of Cody Real Estate, a disheveled woman named Mya unexpectedly appears, claiming to be John’s mother. Her shabby appearance shocks the guests, and John rejects her, insisting that the elegant Ms. Wilson is his true mom. Mya tries to connect by offering John a longevity pendant, but he pushes her away. The family is visibly disturbed by Mya’s presence, while some scornfully question her right to be there. The episode ends with Mya facing rejection and isolation as she struggles to prove her identity amid cold dismissal.
