Boardroom to Bedroom - Episode 4

At the company, Mr. Orhan's son confronts his father, demanding to know why he was called back from London if not to take over the business. Meanwhile, a woman who grew up in an orphanage thanks Mr. Orhan for his scholarship. To settle the leadership question, Mr. Orhan, now revealing his terminal illness, announces a competition: his son and the woman will both serve as CEOs, with the one who performs better gaining full control of the company.
