Ms. Perkins returns from a clinic where a doctor warns that, despite appearing healthy, her insides are failing and she has about a month left. At home, her child insists Mommy has been poisoned by a toxic environment and vows to cure her with a rare herbal brew. The child gathers herbs, insists their check-ups and eyes don't lie, and asks someone to make sure Ms. Perkins finishes her milk tea. The episode ends with the child presenting three doses and urging her to drink, leaving the mother's choice and fate unresolved.
