Kelvin and a woman plot while Whitney is away: she tells him to pretend innocence when Whitney returns and warns he can't act alone. Kelvin admits he can't divorce Whitney because she's pregnant and the board protects her, her father left her the company and they each hold half the shares. They decide to engineer a corporate move by securing a deal with Sharkfin Group to justify removing Whitney from the board.
