Inmates are being transferred, and a prisoner named Leo is placed under the forced supervision of Dr. Gray, a man he resents. Leo defiantly protests being used as a 'personal cleaner,' seeing it as humiliation, while Dr. Gray frames it as mandatory emotional rehabilitation due to Leo's violent record. Leo's lawyer and ex-girlfriend, Natalie, visits to discuss his case and unpaid legal fees, a conversation Dr. Gray overhears. The doctor confronts Leo, warning him not to use his legal troubles to get close to Natalie, but then implies his own motives for keeping Leo 'locked' by his side are far more personal and disturbing.
