After a failed experiment unexpectedly grants him the ability to easily suppress dangerous beasts and extract their cores, the protagonist remains an ordinary person unable to absorb the cores' power. To capitalize, they establish a station to sell these valuable beast cores, only to discover the price for an S-Class core is shockingly low—just two boxes of instant noodles. This unexpected cheap valuation causes confusion and suspicion about the station operator's true identity, ending with a tense confrontation as someone demands, 'Who the hell are you?'
