At a company banquet to finalize a share transfer, Mr. Lyons pressures attendees to toast while Mrs. Baker and Raegan sit under scrutiny. Raegan refuses the liquor, saying her stomach is weak and worrying about the baby, but shareholders demand she drink to secure the shares. Faced with the contract and threats to the deal, she capitulates, toasting that she's "getting rid of the baby" and signs. The contract goes to Mr. Lyons, who instead of celebration orders everyone to close their eyes and cover their ears, saying he's "helping you revisit old times," leaving the outcome unresolved.
